Now I'm selling my work online at Etsy.com. Etsy's mission is to be an online marketplace for buying & selling all things handmade. Please peruse my jewelry and other handmade items at veronicarileymartens.etsy.com.

Payment Methods:

I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, personal check, money order, or cashiers check. Orders are taken via email or over the phone. After the order is placed and the total payment due is calculated and received, the order will ship within two weeks unless otherwise notified.

Shipping, Handling & Insurance:

You pay actual shipping, packaging and insurance costs. I will provide you with a quote once I receive your "ship to" zip code.

Sales Tax:

Illinois residents will be charged sales tax of 8.75%.

Returns:

If you are unsatisfied with any product for any reason, I will be more than happy to EXCHANGE your item for another item of equal or greater value. Items must be unworn, in their original condition/packaging with tags still attached. Your returned items MUST be postdated within 10 days of receiving them. Please e-mail me to notify of a return. Shipping is not refunded.
